Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily station operations including fuel dispensing, inventory management, and facility maintenance
- Manage and supervise station staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and operational procedures
- Monitor station performance metrics and implement strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and maintain high standards of service quality
- Manage station inventory, ordering supplies, and ensuring proper cash handling procedures
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in retail or fuel industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with customers and staff
