Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations of the fuel station, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer service.
- Supervise, train, and motivate station staff, including sales associates and cashiers, to ensure optimal performance.
- Manage inventory levels, oversee fuel deliveries, and conduct regular stock checks to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Handle cash transactions, balance the daily till, and prepare accurate financial reports.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on pumps, equipment, and store facilities.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail management or fuel station operations is preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead a team effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Valid Driver’s License is an advantage.
