- Manage and train station staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations

- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely manner
- Conduct regular inventory checks and manage stock levels
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment
- Prepare and submit operational reports to management
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in retail
