Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations of the station, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient service delivery.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of sales associates to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with management for stock replenishment.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, procedures, and brand standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and efficiency.
- Manage daily cash handling and prepare accurate daily reports.
- Ensure the station area is clean, organized, and safe for customers and staff.
- Assist in implementing promotional strategies and visual merchandising.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role in retail.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Familiarity with basic computer systems and POS operations.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Valid government-issued ID.
