Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily station operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards
- Lead, train, and supervise station staff to maintain high performance and morale
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment, and prevent shortages
- Implement and enforce health, safety, and security protocols
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure positive service experience
- Prepare daily/weekly operational reports and performance metrics
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams for seamless inventory management
- Enforce visual merchandising standards and product presentation guidelines
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in retail or consumer products
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of inventory control systems and retail operations
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic point-of-sale systems
