Lexmark International, a global leader in imaging and IoT solutions, is seeking an experienced Statutory Accounting Analyst to join our dynamic finance team in Cebu City. As a Statutory Accounting Analyst, your core responsibilities include preparing statutory financial statements under IFRS and local GAAP, coordinating with external auditors, and staying abreast of changes in regulatory requirements across jurisdictions. You will also analyze financial data to ensure consistency with group policies, identify opportunities for process improvements, and support local finance teams with technical accounting guidance. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and review statutory financial statements in accordance with local GAAP and IFRS for multiple jurisdictions.
- Manage end-to-end statutory reporting processes, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax authorities, and other regulatory bodies during audits and filings.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement in reporting accuracy.
- Support the implementation of new accounting standards and changes in legislation across the assigned countries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary data and provide guidance on statutory accounting matters.
- Maintain documentation of policies, procedures, and controls related to statutory reporting.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in statutory accounting, financial reporting, or audit.
- Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and local GAAP.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is an advantage.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
