Grandspan Development Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Steel Fabrication Supervisor to oversee our fabrication operations. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for managing a team of skilled welders and fabricators, ensuring that all steel structures are produced to the highest standards of quality and safety. You will play a critical part in our major construction projects, interpreting complex technical drawings and coordinating closely with site engineers to ensure seamless integration.

Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise the daily operations of the steel fabrication team, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to production schedules.
- Interpret and explain engineering blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to the fabrication team.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and OHS regulations to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Conduct regular quality control inspections to verify that all materials and workmanship meet project specifications.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate staff on proper fabrication techniques, welding procedures, and equipment usage.
- Manage material inventory and coordinate with procurement to ensure sufficient stock of raw materials.
- Collaborate with construction project managers to resolve technical issues and ensure project milestones are met.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Vocational Diploma in Civil Engineering, Welding Technology, or Fabrication.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven experience in steel fabrication and construction supervision.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting structural blueprints, welding symbols, and technical diagrams.
- Strong technical knowledge of welding processes (MIG, TIG, ARC) and fabrication machinery.
- Valid PRC license or relevant technical certification is a distinct advantage.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
- Must be willing to work in Binangonan, Rizal.
