Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in steel structure fabrication and supervision
- Strong knowledge of steel fabrication processes and structural engineering principles
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and blueprints
- Experience with project management tools and coordination software
- Certification in steel fabrication or structural welding is advantageous
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong leadership abilities and effective communication skills
