We are looking for a passionate and dedicated STEM Instructor to join our dynamic team in Surabaya. In this role, you will have the exciting opportunity to prepare engaging STEM lessons, build innovative projects together with a technical team, and inspire young learners aged 5-15 years old.
As a STEM Instructor, you will play a crucial role in fostering curiosity and a love for science, technology, engineering, and mathematics among children. You will design and deliver interactive learning experiences that make complex concepts accessible and fun.

Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and develop engaging STEM lesson plans tailored to different age groups and skill levels
- Build and execute hands-on projects in collaboration with the technical team
- Teach and mentor children in STEM subjects including science, technology, engineering, and mathematics
- Create a positive and stimulating learning environment that encourages curiosity and creativity
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their development
- Stay updated with the latest STEM education trends and methodologies
- Coordinate with team members to organize STEM events, workshops, and demonstrations
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and learning outcomes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Prior experience teaching or mentoring children is highly preferred
- Strong passion for STEM education and working with young learners
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Creative problem-solving abilities with a hands-on approach to learning
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively with technical teams
- Patience, enthusiasm, and a genuine love for inspiring children
