Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise stewarding team members to ensure optimal kitchen sanitation and hygiene standards
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment, and utensils with cost-efficiency focus
- Develop and implement staff training programs for proper cleaning techniques and safety protocols
- Coordinate with culinary and service teams to maintain seamless workflow during peak hours
- Conduct regular inspections of kitchen areas, storage spaces, and waste management systems
- Ensure compliance with HACCP standards and local health regulations
- Prepare work schedules and conduct performance evaluations for stewarding staff
- Oversee deep cleaning projects and preventative maintenance programs
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years experience in hotel stewarding with 1+ years in supervisory role
- Proven knowledge of HACCP standards and sanitation protocols
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure environments
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Proficiency in inventory management systems
- Physical ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25kg
