As part of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing stock levels, coordinating with logistics partners, and handling essential office administration. You will ensure that our inventory records are up-to-date and that our administrative processes run efficiently. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and monitor daily stock levels, ensuring accurate inventory records and timely replenishment.
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure the timely delivery and receipt of goods.
- Perform regular stock checks and assist in stocktaking exercises to reconcile physical counts with system records.
- Handle incoming and outgoing shipments, including proper documentation, packing, and labeling.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly stock reports and inventory analysis to support business decisions.
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and answering phone inquiries.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse or storage area to ensure operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in stock control or administrative support.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel (data entry, basic formulas).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Familiarity with inventory management software is an added advantage.
