Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and manage inventory levels for cosmetic products to prevent stockouts and overstock situations
- Analyze sales data to forecast demand and optimize stock replenishment schedules
- Coordinate with sales teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery to retail partners
- Maintain accurate stock records and conduct regular inventory audits
- Develop and implement inventory control procedures to minimize losses and improve efficiency
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely procurement of cosmetic products
- Prepare monthly reports on stock performance, sales trends, and operational metrics
- Support new product launches by coordinating stock allocation and distribution plans
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, or business administration
- Minimum 2 years experience in stock management or sales operations within FMCG/cosmetics industry
- Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Excel (advanced functions)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret sales data and inventory trends
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication abilities for cross-departmental collaboration
- Knowledge of cosmetic product categories and retail distribution channels
