Tanggung Jawab
- Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments for accuracy and quality
- Organize, label, and stock inventory in storage areas and sales floors
- Maintain clean and organized storage facilities following safety protocols
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely
- Collaborate with sales and warehouse teams to optimize stock availability
- Prepare and maintain inventory records using digital systems
- Assist in seasonal stock rotations and promotional displays setup
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college education preferred
- Previous experience in inventory or warehouse management advantageous
- Ability to lift and carry items up to 25kg regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment
- Knowledge of stock rotation and FIFO principles
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
