Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and organize stock room operations for high-value architectural lighting products
- Implement and maintain digital inventory systems with real-time tracking capabilities
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Optimize stock levels to prevent overstocking and stockouts
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and accurate documentation
- Develop and implement inventory control procedures and protocols
- Generate inventory reports for management decision-making
- Train staff on new inventory systems and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in stock control or inventory management
- Proficiency in inventory management software (ERP/SAP preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with high-value or technical product inventory
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Knowledge of architectural lighting products is advantageous
