Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular stock reconciliations across multiple warehouse locations
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies through systematic root cause analysis
- Maintain accurate digital and physical inventory records using FMI systems
- Collaborate with procurement and warehouse teams to optimize stock allocation
- Generate monthly reconciliation reports for management review
- Implement inventory control procedures to minimize shrinkage and losses
- Train junior staff on inventory management best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Accounting preferred
- Minimum 2 years experience in inventory management or stock reconciliation
- Proficiency in ERP/WMS systems and advanced Excel functions
- Strong analytical skills with attention to numerical precision
- Experience with FIFO/FEFO inventory valuation methods
- Excellent problem-solving abilities under tight deadlines
- Validated experience in manufacturing or logistics environments
