- Accurately count and record inventory items during stocktake operations
- Verify stock levels against system records and identify discrepancies
- Use handheld scanning devices and inventory management software
- Organize and maintain stock in designated areas for efficient counting
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of stocktake
- Report any irregularities or issues to the supervisor
- Assist in resolving inventory discrepancies through investigation and reconciliation
- Maintain accurate documentation of all stocktake activities
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience in inventory management or stock counting preferred
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment
- Good communication skills for team collaboration
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle stock items
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings or weekends as required
