Role Overview
We are looking for dedicated and detail-oriented Stocktake Supervisors and Associates to join our Penang team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting accurate stock counts and maintaining organized inventory records at our retail branches. You will play a crucial part in ensuring inventory accuracy, supporting our operations, and enabling our teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
As a Stocktake Supervisor or Associate, you will conduct thorough stock counts and inventory checks at assigned retail locations, following supervisor schedules and maintaining consistent inventory flow. You will organize and maintain accurate stock records for regular audits and reviews, identify and report stock discrepancies promptly for resolution, and support the team in achieving departmental inventory accuracy targets.

The ideal candidate should have strong attention to detail with excellent numerical accuracy, good organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You should be capable of working independently, have effective communication skills, and possess basic mathematical skills for counting and calculations. - Conduct accurate stock counts and inventory checks at assigned retail branches
- Follow supervisor schedules and maintain consistent inventory flow operations
- Organize and maintain orderly stock records for audit reviews and compliance
- Identify and report stock discrepancies promptly for timely resolution
- Support the team in achieving departmental inventory accuracy targets
- Monitor stock levels and alert relevant teams regarding low inventory items
- Assist in reconciling physical stock records with system data
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and operational procedures
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience in retail, warehousing, or inventory management is preferred
- Strong attention to detail with excellent numerical accuracy
- Good organizational skills and effective time management abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Effective communication skills in English for reporting purposes
- Basic mathematical skills for counting and calculations
- Flexibility to work varying hours, including weekends and public holidays
