Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Provide comprehensive product knowledge to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.
- Handle point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with regular stock replenishments.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the store team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Follow all company safety and operational policies consistently.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills in Indonesian, both verbal and written.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or hospitality is highly preferred.
- Possess a customer-centric mindset with a positive, proactive attitude.
- Able to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays.
- Well-groomed and professional appearance.
- Basic computer literacy for operating store systems.
