Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily inventory operations including stock counting, replenishment, and quality control
- Provide exceptional customer service through product knowledge and assistance
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance customer experience
- Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately
- Coordinate with suppliers for timely product deliveries
- Ensure store cleanliness and adherence to safety protocols
- Support promotional campaigns and seasonal displays
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
Kualifikasi
- Previous retail or store management experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent customer service orientation with communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic proficiency with inventory management software
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Knowledge of retail best practices and visual merchandising
