Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist customers with product inquiries and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and organize merchandise displays to create an inviting shopping environment.
  • Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management, including replenishing shelves and logging stock movements.
  • Support the Store Manager in achieving daily and monthly sales targets through proactive selling techniques.
  • Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate them when necessary.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SPM / O-Level qualification or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse customers.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Physically fit to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks.
