Tanggung Jawab
- Assist customers with product inquiries and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organize merchandise displays to create an inviting shopping environment.
- Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management, including replenishing shelves and logging stock movements.
- Support the Store Manager in achieving daily and monthly sales targets through proactive selling techniques.
- Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate them when necessary.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM / O-Level qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse customers.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Physically fit to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks.
