Tanggung Jawab
- Lead daily store operations including opening/closing procedures and cash management
- Manage and mentor retail staff to achieve performance targets and service standards
- Drive sales growth through effective customer engagement and upselling techniques
- Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, and loss prevention
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained to enhance customer experience
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency
- Analyze sales data and implement strategies to optimize performance
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of retail management or assistant experience
- Proven team leadership and staff development capabilities
- Strong understanding of retail operations and inventory systems
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency in point-of-sale systems and basic software applications
- Customer-focused mindset with sales-driven approach
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus
