Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in daily store operations management and staff supervision
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards and resolve inquiries promptly
- Train and mentor retail staff on product knowledge and sales techniques
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for optimal stock
- Implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance product presentation

Kualifikasi
- College level or Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in retail operations or customer service
