Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, and visual merchandising
- Lead and motivate retail teams to achieve sales targets and service excellence standards
- Implement company policies and procedures while maintaining compliance with safety regulations
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure positive in-store experiences
- Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for operational improvements
- Assist in staff training programs and performance evaluations
- Coordinate with suppliers for inventory replenishment and stock optimization
- Prepare daily/weekly operational reports for management review
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field (college-level candidates considered with relevant experience)
- 1-3 years experience in retail operations, customer service, or team supervision
