Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service through product recommendations and purchase assistance
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash payments
- Manage inventory through stock replenishment, rotation, and visual merchandising
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization standards throughout all operational hours
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly while maintaining brand standards
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and operational goals
- Participate in inventory counts and stock reconciliation procedures
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent with retail/customer service experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage diverse customer demographics
- Basic mathematical aptitude for handling cash transactions and inventory tasks
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and peak shopping periods
- Proficiency in using retail technology and point-of-sale systems
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20kg merchandise
- Attention to detail in maintaining visual standards and operational accuracy
