Tanggung Jawab
- Provide friendly, personalized, and efficient service to all customers.
- Maintain high standards of store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising.
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) operations, including cash handling and transaction processing.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, providing expert recommendations based on their needs.
- Monitor inventory levels, assist in stock replenishment, and conduct periodic stock takes.
- Handle customer feedback professionally and escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with company safety protocols and operational guidelines.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'N' or 'O' Level certification or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a retail, hospitality, or customer service environment is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work on a rotating shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic proficiency in using computer systems and retail POS software.
- Energetic, positive attitude, and a strong sense of personal responsibility.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light manual tasks related to store inventory.
