Tanggung Jawab
- Greet customers promptly and provide personalized product recommendations based on needs
- Process sales transactions efficiently using POS systems while maintaining accuracy
- Merchandise and maintain store displays to ensure optimal product visibility
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment with warehouse teams
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals
- Adhere to store security protocols and loss prevention procedures
- Support store opening/closing procedures including cash handling and balancing
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent vocational certification
- Minimum 1 year experience in retail or customer service preferred
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English
- Ability to operate POS systems and basic retail software
- Proficient in cash handling and transaction accuracy
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15kg
- Attention to detail in inventory management and store presentation
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
