Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers warmly, providing a welcoming and professional shopping experience.
- Offer product advice and styling recommendations to help customers make the best purchase decisions.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently to process transactions.
- Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment, folding, and organizing merchandise.
- Maintain the visual appeal of the store by adhering to merchandising guidelines and keeping the sales floor tidy.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales targets and operational goals.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE O-Level / Secondary School education.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Basic computer literacy, specifically with POS systems.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- A positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and a keen interest in fashion.
