Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers warmly, ensuring a welcoming store environment.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking merchandise to maintain visual standards.
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers to drive sales.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and safe for all shoppers.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues professionally.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is an advantage but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
- Basic computer literacy and cash handling experience is a plus.
