Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for retail excellence? Mynews, a leading retail chain, is looking for a dedicated Store Audit Executive to join our team in Petaling Jaya. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in maintaining our high operational standards by conducting thorough store audits, ensuring regulatory compliance, and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
You will act as the eyes and ears of our operations team, visiting various retail outlets to assess store performance, inventory accuracy, and adherence to company SOPs. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a keen analytical mindset to uncover gaps and drive operational efficiency across our store network.
Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular scheduled and surprise audits at assigned retail outlets to ensure 100% compliance with company SOPs.
- Identify and document operational gaps, shrinkage issues, or non-compliance incidents during store visits.
- Verify stock levels and perform physical inventory counts to maintain high levels of inventory accuracy.
- Evaluate store hygiene, safety, and visual merchandising standards against brand guidelines.
- Prepare comprehensive audit reports with actionable insights and recommendations for store managers.
- Collaborate with regional managers to track the progress of corrective action plans.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with local legal and regulatory requirements for retail operations.
- Analyze audit data to identify trends and propose process improvements to enhance store productivity.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail operations, internal audit, or quality control.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate meaningful reports.
- Possess a valid driver's license and own transport for frequent travel between store locations.
- High level of integrity, honesty, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively under minimal supervision.
