Tanggung Jawab
- Process customer transactions efficiently using POS systems while maintaining 100% accuracy in cash handling
- Provide exceptional customer service through product knowledge assistance and friendly checkout interactions
- Manage daily cash operations including cash drawer balancing, payment processing, and basic reconciliation
- Operate scanning equipment and maintain organized checkout stations for optimal customer flow
- Assist with inventory management through stock replenishment and price verification activities
- Implement store security procedures including bag checks and transaction verification
- Collaborate with sales associates to resolve customer inquiries and ensure seamless shopping experience
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent with basic mathematical aptitude
- Minimum 6 months retail or customer service experience preferred
- Proficiency in operating POS systems and basic office software
- Strong communication skills with ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Attention to detail with cash handling accuracy and transaction integrity
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15kg merchandise
- Trustworthy character with proven reliability in handling financial transactions
