Tanggung Jawab
- Process customer transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Handle cash, credit/debit card payments, and e-wallet transactions with high integrity.
- Greet customers warmly and assist with product inquiries or location assistance.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional checkout counter area.
- Perform daily sales reconciliation and report discrepancies to the store supervisor.
- Support store replenishment and visual merchandising tasks during low-traffic periods.
- Ensure compliance with all company safety and security policies.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or Senior High School graduate.
- Proven experience in retail, cashiering, or a customer-facing role is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Highly dependable, honest, and customer-oriented.
- Basic knowledge of computer systems and POS software.
