Tanggung Jawab
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Handle cash, credit card, and digital payment methods with high attention to detail.
- Greet customers warmly and provide information regarding store promotions or policies.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the checkout area.
- Perform daily cash reconciliations and report any discrepancies to the Store Supervisor.
- Assist in inventory management and shelf restocking during low-traffic periods.
- Resolve basic customer concerns or complaints with professionalism and empathy.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or Senior High School graduate.
- Proven work experience as a Cashier, Sales Associate, or in a similar customer service role is an advantage.
- Basic mathematical skills and high level of accuracy in handling cash.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced retail setting.
- Flexible to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
- Proficient in operating basic computer software and POS systems.
- Strong integrity and reliability.
