As a Store Cashier, you will be the face of our store. You will play a critical role in ensuring that every customer finishes their shopping experience with a smile. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering excellent service in a dynamic retail environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Handle various payment methods including cash, credit cards, and digital wallets.
- Provide friendly and professional assistance to customers regarding product locations and store promotions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming checkout counter area.
- Perform daily cash reconciliations and ensure drawer accuracy at the start and end of shifts.
- Assist in stock replenishment and merchandising activities during non-peak hours.
- Address customer inquiries or concerns with patience and a positive attitude.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or Senior High School graduate.
- Proven experience as a cashier, store clerk, or in a similar customer-facing role is an advantage.
- Strong numerical skills with the ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Highly dependable, honest, and proactive in a fast-paced work environment.
- A friendly demeanor and a genuine interest in delivering superior customer service.
