As a Store Cashier, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions with precision, maintaining accurate point-of-sale (POS) records, and assisting customers with their inquiries. Tanggung Jawab
- Process customer purchases accurately using POS systems and handle various payment methods including cash and digital wallets.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming checkout area throughout the shift.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving basic concerns.
- Perform daily cash counts and ensure reconciliation of the cash drawer at the end of every shift.
- Assist in stock replenishment and store tidiness during low-traffic periods.
- Uphold store policies and security procedures to prevent loss and ensure a safe environment.
- Maintain high levels of time management to handle queues efficiently during peak hours.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or equivalent; relevant retail experience is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in operating POS software and basic calculator skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail, especially when handling cash and financial documents.
- Strong verbal communication skills in both Filipino and English.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Proven track record of reliability, punctuality, and personal integrity.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer service.
