Tanggung Jawab
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Handle various payment methods, including cash, credit/debit cards, and digital wallets, with high attention to detail.
- Provide friendly and helpful assistance to customers by answering inquiries and addressing concerns.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming checkout area at all times.
- Perform end-of-shift cash counting and reconciliation to ensure all funds match the POS reports.
- Assist in general store maintenance, including restocking shelves and organizing merchandise displays.
- Promote ongoing store promotions and loyalty programs to customers at the counter.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma or Senior High School graduate.
- Proven work experience as a Cashier or in a customer service-related role is an advantage but not required.
- Basic mathematical skills and high level of accuracy in handling cash.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be reliable, honest, and possess a strong sense of responsibility.
