Tanggung Jawab
- Process customer purchases accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Handle various payment methods, including cash, credit cards, and digital wallets, with high integrity.
- Greet customers warmly and assist with inquiries regarding store products or promotions.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the checkout counter and surrounding areas.
- Perform daily cash counts and reconcile sales transactions at the end of every shift.
- Provide support in replenishment of merchandise near the checkout area during downtime.
- Address customer concerns or issues promptly to ensure a positive shopping experience.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or Senior High School graduate.
- Proven work experience as a Cashier or in a customer-facing retail role is an advantage.
- Basic mathematical skills and proficiency in handling cash transactions.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-centric attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules.
- High level of honesty, integrity, and attention to detail.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced retail environment.
