Tanggung Jawab
- Perform accurate and efficient point-of-sale (POS) transactions for all customers.
- Handle various payment methods including cash, credit cards, and digital wallets with high integrity.
- Greet customers warmly and provide helpful assistance regarding store promotions and loyalty programs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting checkout counter area throughout the shift.
- Process refunds, exchanges, and voids according to company policies.
- Assist in basic inventory counts and stock replenishment near the checkout zone during downtime.
- Reconcile cash drawers at the beginning and end of each shift to ensure financial accuracy.
Kualifikasi
- High school graduate or equivalent (Senior High School diploma preferred).
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is a significant advantage, though entry-level candidates with a positive attitude are welcome.
- Strong basic math skills and attention to detail for handling money.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as per store operations.
- Proactive, honest, and reliable with a strong sense of customer service.
- Proficiency in local language; ability to speak English is a plus.
