Tanggung Jawab

  • Perform accurate and efficient point-of-sale (POS) transactions for all customers.
  • Handle various payment methods including cash, credit cards, and digital wallets with high integrity.
  • Greet customers warmly and provide helpful assistance regarding store promotions and loyalty programs.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting checkout counter area throughout the shift.
  • Process refunds, exchanges, and voids according to company policies.
  • Assist in basic inventory counts and stock replenishment near the checkout zone during downtime.
  • Reconcile cash drawers at the beginning and end of each shift to ensure financial accuracy.

Kualifikasi

  • High school graduate or equivalent (Senior High School diploma preferred).
  • Previous experience in retail or customer service is a significant advantage, though entry-level candidates with a positive attitude are welcome.
  • Strong basic math skills and attention to detail for handling money.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as per store operations.
  • Proactive, honest, and reliable with a strong sense of customer service.
  • Proficiency in local language; ability to speak English is a plus.
