You will play a critical part in ensuring our customers have a seamless and positive shopping experience from the moment they reach the checkout counter. Tanggung Jawab
- Process customer purchases accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Handle various payment methods including cash, credit cards, and digital wallets.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving checkout issues.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workstation throughout the shift.
- Perform daily sales reconciliation and report any discrepancies to the Store Manager.
- Assist in store merchandising and shelf replenishment during downtime.
- Promote ongoing store loyalty programs and seasonal marketing campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with all store safety and operational protocols.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or Senior High School graduate.
- Proven experience as a cashier or in a retail customer-facing role is an advantage.
- Strong numerical skills with high attention to detail in handling cash.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be willing to work on flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Highly organized and capable of working in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Polished, professional demeanor and a positive attitude.
- Ability to stand for long durations and perform repetitive tasks.
