Tanggung Jawab
- Process customer purchases accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Handle various payment methods, including cash, credit cards, and digital wallets, with high precision.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming checkout counter area.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding store products, promotions, and return policies.
- Prepare accurate daily sales reports and balance the cash drawer at the end of each shift.
- Monitor inventory levels at the checkout area and assist with general store merchandising when necessary.
- Implement loss prevention strategies to ensure store security and safety compliance.
Kualifikasi
- High school graduate or equivalent; college-level education is a plus.
- Proven experience in retail, cashiering, or a customer-facing role is highly preferred.
- Exceptional numeracy skills and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a professional demeanor under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS hardware.
