Tanggung Jawab
- Process customer transactions accurately using a Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Handle various payment methods including cash, credit cards, and digital wallets.
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with inquiries or concerns.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area at all times.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with basic inventory replenishment near the counter.
- Promote ongoing store promotions or loyalty programs to customers.
- Perform daily cash reconciliations and report discrepancies to the store manager.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or Senior High School graduate.
- Proven work experience as a Cashier or in a customer service role is an advantage.
- Basic math skills and high attention to detail for handling money.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong sense of integrity, reliability, and punctuality.
