Tanggung Jawab
- Efficiently handle cash, credit card, and other payment methods while ensuring accuracy in all transactions
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting customers with inquiries, product information, and resolving any issues
- Operate point of sale (POS) systems, process returns, and exchange merchandise according to company policies
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, including proper arrangement of displays and promotional materials
- Assist with inventory management, including stock counting, receiving deliveries, and price marking
- Monitor checkout lines to minimize customer wait times and ensure efficient service flow
- Follow security procedures to prevent theft and ensure the safety of company assets and customer information
- Collaborate with store team members to maintain store appearance and support overall retail operations
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent education is required
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or cash handling is preferred
- Strong mathematical skills with attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude
- Ability to operate POS systems and basic office equipment efficiently
- Good organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic and commitment to team success
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new technologies and procedures
