Tanggung Jawab
- Process cash, card, and mobile transactions accurately using POS systems
- Provide efficient customer checkout with attentive service and product knowledge
- Assist customers with inquiries, product locations, and promotions
- Maintain organized checkout areas and ensure cleanliness of counters
- Perform basic inventory checks and stock replenishment as needed
- Resolve customer complaints with professionalism and follow company protocols
- Contribute to store security by monitoring for suspicious activities
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Previous retail or cashier experience preferred but not required
- Basic mathematical skills for handling transactions and change
- Strong communication skills with a customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency in using electronic payment systems and POS technology
- Physical stamina for standing long periods and lifting up to 10kg
