Tanggung Jawab
- Process customer transactions accurately using a Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Handle cash, credit card, and digital payment methods with high attention to detail.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting shoppers and answering inquiries regarding products and store policies.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the checkout counter and surrounding areas.
- Perform daily balancing of cash drawers and prepare deposits as required.
- Assist in the promotion of store loyalty programs and special marketing campaigns.
- Ensure that store signage and pricing at the checkout are accurate and current.
- Collaborate with floor staff to ensure efficient movement of customers through the checkout area.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (Senior High School graduate preferred).
- Previous experience in retail, cashiering, or a customer service-related role is an advantage.
- Strong mathematical skills with the ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in both English and Filipino/Local Dialect.
- Proactive, honest, and possessing a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with modern point-of-sale hardware.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.
