Tanggung Jawab
- Accurately process customer transactions using Point-of-Sale (POS) systems, including cash, credit/debit cards, and other payment methods.
- Handle cash drawer management, ensuring correct change is given and daily reconciliations are performed with precision.
- Provide friendly, efficient, and professional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving minor issues with a positive attitude.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, store layout, and promotions to enhance their shopping experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting checkout area, adhering to store standards.
- Promote store loyalty programs, special offers, and new products to customers.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and store management to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures, including those related to loss prevention and security.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience as a cashier or in a customer service role, preferably in a retail setting.
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail for accurate transaction processing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings, as per retail operational needs.
- Proficiency in operating POS systems and handling various payment methods.
- A positive, can-do attitude and a strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights as required.
