Tanggung Jawab
- Perform accurate and timely stock replenishment on sales floors.
- Conduct regular inventory counts to ensure data accuracy and minimize shrinkage.
- Assist customers with product inquiries and provide friendly, professional service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned aisles and storage areas.
- Process incoming shipments and verify delivery orders against invoices.
- Label products with correct pricing and promotional tags according to company guidelines.
- Collaborate with the store management team to execute promotional displays and floor sets.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent education level.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; training will be provided.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing for long hours and lifting moderate weights.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Basic proficiency in Mathematics for stock tracking and pricing tasks.
- Willingness to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays as per store requirements.
- Possess a positive, proactive, and team-oriented work ethic.
