Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service through product inquiries, recommendations, and checkout assistance
- Operate point-of-sale systems efficiently to process transactions and manage cash handling
- Monitor and maintain store inventory levels, including receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise
- Ensure store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards are consistently maintained
- Assist with inventory counts and report discrepancies to store management
- Process customer returns and exchanges according to company policies
- Support daily store operations including opening/closing procedures and security protocols
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification required
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic mathematical aptitude for cash handling and inventory
- Ability to operate POS systems and retail software
- Physical stamina for standing, lifting, and repetitive tasks
- Attention to detail in inventory management and transaction accuracy
- Reliable punctuality and strong work ethic
