Tanggung Jawab

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional, and timely manner.
  • Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and handle cash, credit, and other transactions accurately.
  • Monitor inventory levels and perform regular stock replenishment on the sales floor.
  • Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal of the store aisles and checkout areas.
  • Answer customer inquiries regarding product locations, prices, and store promotions.
  • Assist in receiving, unpacking, and organizing incoming merchandise.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, health, and safety regulations.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SPM, SPMV, or equivalent educational qualification.
  • Prior experience as a Store Clerk, Cashier, or in a similar retail/customer service role is an advantage but not required; training will be provided.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first attitude.
  • Basic mathematical skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
  • Ability to multitask, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting of merchandise.
  • Willingness to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
