Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist in receiving, unpacking, and organizing merchandise in the stockroom and on the sales floor.
  • Ensure shelves are fully stocked, properly faced, and priced accurately at all times.
  • Provide friendly and efficient customer service, assisting shoppers with product inquiries and locating items.
  • Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately and handle cash transactions when required at the checkout counter.
  • Maintain the cleanliness, hygiene, and overall organization of the store aisles, displays, and storage areas.
  • Monitor inventory levels and promptly report low stock, expired goods, or damaged items to the Store Supervisor.
  • Assist with regular stock-taking, inventory counts, and daily store opening or closing procedures.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SPM/O-Level or equivalent educational qualification.
  • Previous experience in retail, supermarket operations, or customer service is an advantage, but fresh school leavers are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving boxes of merchandise, and standing for extended periods.
  • Strong basic mathematical skills for accurate cash handling, pricing, and inventory counting.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills with a friendly, customer-oriented mindset.
  • Willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays as per standard retail operational hours.
  • Highly responsible, punctual, proactive, and an excellent team player.
