Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in daily store operations including shelf stocking, price tagging, and product arrangement.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shopping environment for customers.
- Monitor inventory levels and promptly report low-stock items to supervisors.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently at the checkout counters when required.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular stock counts and participate in inventory reconciliation processes.
- Support promotional activities and ensure all marketing materials are correctly displayed.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and operational procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and helpful attitude toward customers.
- Ability to stand for long periods and handle manual tasks related to store inventory.
- Basic proficiency in Mathematics for handling cash and inventory records.
- Reliable, punctual, and flexible to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English is preferred.
- Previous experience in retail, warehousing, or customer service is an added advantage but not mandatory.
