Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist in daily store operations including shelf stocking, price tagging, and product arrangement.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shopping environment for customers.
  • Monitor inventory levels and promptly report low-stock items to supervisors.
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently at the checkout counters when required.
  • Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular stock counts and participate in inventory reconciliation processes.
  • Support promotional activities and ensure all marketing materials are correctly displayed.
  • Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and operational procedures.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and helpful attitude toward customers.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and handle manual tasks related to store inventory.
  • Basic proficiency in Mathematics for handling cash and inventory records.
  • Reliable, punctual, and flexible to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Basic proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English is preferred.
  • Previous experience in retail, warehousing, or customer service is an added advantage but not mandatory.
