Tanggung Jawab
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service, assisting them with product locations and inquiries.
- Receive, unload, and organize incoming stock deliveries efficiently.
- Ensure shelves are fully stocked, properly faced, and accurately priced at all times.
- Monitor inventory levels and report any low stock or discrepancies to the Store Supervisor.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment, including aisles, displays, and the stockroom.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks such as stock counting, data entry, and filing.
- Handle product returns and ensure defective items are processed according to company policy.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily store targets and operational standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/O-Level qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail, supermarket, or customer service is an advantage but not required; training will be provided.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Basic mathematical skills for inventory counting and stock management.
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods, as well as lift and move heavy boxes.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
- Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required by the retail schedule.
- Team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
