Tanggung Jawab

  • Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service, assisting them with product locations and inquiries.
  • Receive, unload, and organize incoming stock deliveries efficiently.
  • Ensure shelves are fully stocked, properly faced, and accurately priced at all times.
  • Monitor inventory levels and report any low stock or discrepancies to the Store Supervisor.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment, including aisles, displays, and the stockroom.
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks such as stock counting, data entry, and filing.
  • Handle product returns and ensure defective items are processed according to company policy.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily store targets and operational standards.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SPM/O-Level qualification or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in retail, supermarket, or customer service is an advantage but not required; training will be provided.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
  • Basic mathematical skills for inventory counting and stock management.
  • Physically fit and able to stand for long periods, as well as lift and move heavy boxes.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
  • Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required by the retail schedule.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
